Grace’s puppies are 11 days old and doing well. A couple of them are on the small side, but they are all very strong! They don’t have their eyes open yet. My puppies don’t usually open their eyes until they are at least 2 weeks old.
I’m sharing some pictures of them my daughter and I took when they were 8 days old. They are not photogenic at all yet. They change daily and I’m sure that will continue. I can’t wait until they open their eyes and start running around.
I put some colored collars on three of the white girls so I could tell them apart easier in pictures. I didn’t leave the collars on them. I am supplementing the two smallest puppies with bottles of puppy formula since the bigger puppies tend to push them off the nipples. I used the bottle to get some of the pictures, but the bigger pups don’t need it. It was just easier to keep them still for pictures with a bottle in their mouth.
I expect these puppies to be very pretty and they definitely seem quite strong. A few are promised to show homes, but some will be available later in September after health and eye checks have been done. For more information email Debbie at tairiscollies@yahoo.com.
