Grace’s puppies are 11 days old and doing well. A couple of them are on the small side, but they are all very strong! They don’t have their eyes open yet. My puppies don’t usually open their eyes until they are at least 2 weeks old.

I’m sharing some pictures of them my daughter and I took when they were 8 days old. They are not photogenic at all yet. They change daily and I’m sure that will continue. I can’t wait until they open their eyes and start running around.

I put some colored collars on three of the white girls so I could tell them apart easier in pictures. I didn’t leave the collars on them. I am supplementing the two smallest puppies with bottles of puppy formula since the bigger puppies tend to push them off the nipples. I used the bottle to get some of the pictures, but the bigger pups don’t need it. It was just easier to keep them still for pictures with a bottle in their mouth.

This is Albus, also known as Tennessee Tuxedo. He is a big tri marked white boy. He definitely does not need a bottle.
This is Falkor, a white boy with sable markings. He might possibly be a sable merle but probably not.
This is Aspen, a sable girl happily sucking my finger.
Snowbird- white girl with sable markings,
This is little Sparrow, a dark sable girl.
This is Winter, a big white girl with sable markings.
This is Yeti, another white girl with sable markings.

This is little Chai, a white girl with sable markings.

I expect these puppies to be very pretty and they definitely seem quite strong. A few are promised to show homes, but some will be available later in September after health and eye checks have been done. For more information email Debbie at tairiscollies@yahoo.com.

Before long Grace’s puppies with be up and about like these girls.

These three Tairis pups are from a previous litter a few years back.
